Age of Conquest IV: Campaign and Multiplayer
In AOC4 you can play Campaigns as well as multiplayer. This is because your nation’s ability to wage war is limited. Only within certain parameters are you able to wage war.
Campaigns in AOC4 are the single player game mode of the AOC4. In these Campaigns you are a commander. You build your nation and raise your armies. You can expand your territory by conquering other territories or by conquering one of your own territories. You also have the opportunity to expand your borders through diplomatic treaties and alliances. Once you have captured a territory, you are able to conquer and capture other territories, or you can join an alliance. You can then fight against an alliance.
Alliances in AOC4 can be one-sided or two-sided. One-sided alliances are formed to fight against a single rival alliance.
